Phosphotyrosine Antibody, Biotin
Catalog#
roduct Description
ICP9901
The affinity purified rabbit anti-phospho-tyrosine antibody was conjugated to d-biotin via N-acetylation. The conjugates are useful for the detection, identification, and quantization of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and peptides. These conjugates have been utilized for non-radioactive tyrosine kinase assays.

Scientific Description
Threonine is one of the 20 naturally occurring amino acids used for the biosynthesis of proteins. Kinases phosphorylate tyrosine to form phospho-tyrosine, which is considered a key step in the regulation of enzymatic activities such as signal transduction.
