ICP1828 The anti-Interferon Alpha2 antibody from clone 7F4 was raised with recombinant human interferon Alpha2. The antibody was affinity purified from the cell culture medium using anti-mouse IgG Agarose (ICP9705) affinity chromatography. The purified antibody conjugated to peroxidase (HRP), could be utilized for antigen-capture sandwich ELISA when paired with immobilized antibody from another clone 4F6. The antibody is highly sensitive for ELISA development |
